Our latest video is live! NEW YORK CITY SPEAKEASY WALKING TOUR of the GRAMERCY

In our NEW YORK CITY SPEAKEASY WALKING TOUR of the GRAMERCY neighborhood in MANHATTAN we walk with our dog and visit historic restaurants and bars which were all open during Prohibition serving alcohol. Prohibition in New York lasted from1920 through 1933, when Congress repealed the 18th Amendment.

Although all of these historic restaurants and bars are currently closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic shutdown in New York City, they all plan on reopening once it is safe to do so.

Historic restaurants and bars we visit include:

- Rolf's German Restaurant 281 Third Avenue at E 22nd Street New York, NY

- Pete's Tavern 129 East 18th Street at Irving Place New York, NY

- Old Town Bar & Restaurant 45 East 18th Street New York, NY

Filmed on Thursday, August 6, 2020 in the Gramercy neighborhood of Manhattan
