The Dominique Ansel Workshop in the Flatiron District of Manhattan was recently opened by the world-renown pastry chef.

It is located in the former Le Trapeze sex club limestone townhouse on East 27th by Madison Avenue and operates as a small take-away bakery located inside their commercial kitchens serving both fresh-baked breakfast croissants 🥐 pastries and savories 🥮 including Dominique’s Brown Sugar DKA ( Dominique’s Kouign Amann), his signature pastry which is similar to a caramelized croissant with dark brown sugar.  

•Yesterday, we visited the new @dominiqueansel Workshop and tried his absolutely delicious Brown Sugar DKA as well as an Almond Croissant.
