The 4th-generation owners of Russ & Daughters, Niki Russ Federman and Joshua Russ Tupper, opened the café as a way to give customers who had patiently waited in line at the store a place to sit down and enjoy all of their specialties including smoked salmon and bagel 🥯 boards, and herring, caviar and egg dishes.
