Georgia’s Eastside BBQ in the Lower East Side just recently closed after 11 years in business

The owner reports that they closed “due to a variety of reasons, principally construction problems.” Sadly, this small business has been plagued by construction noise, obstructing scaffolding and other issues due to the new luxury condo building going up on the corner of Orchard and Houston Street.
