Carmine’s Original Pizza 🍕 in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. People always ask us what our favorite storefront photos we have taken are and we always respond that it’s a difficult question to answer as we have spent so many hours not only photographing thousands of mom-and-pop shops but also spending time with the owners conducting interviews to find out the history of their business as well as unique stories they share with us.
We photographed Carmine’s in 2009 for our book “Store Front NYC”. We miss Carmine and his delicious and affordable pizza 🍕 !
