Tompkins Square Bagels on Avenue A in the East Village was founded by Christopher Pugliese in 2011 and specializes in classic New York-style bagels 🥯 which are hand-rolled, boiled, and baked on wood planks and also have over 20 different flavors of homemade cream cheese.
