Lucien on First Avenue in the East Village was founded by Lucien Bahaj in 1998

This French bistro developed a famous clientele over the years, serving traditional French favorites like escargots de Bourgogne, moules mariniere and Marseille-style bouillabaisse. This amazing restaurant now has a few tables outside for outdoor dining as permitted by NYC. We hope this helps these businesses survive during this unprecedented time.
