Today, we visited Thiru Kumar aka the NYC Dosa Man who owns the oldest #vegan food cart in New York City, which has been located inside Washington Square Park since 2001

We watched Kumar, the street food legend who won the @vendyawards for the best #streetfood cart prepare his delicious vegetarian #dosas, South-Indian crepes, made from rice and lentil batter and topped with potatoes, assorted fresh vegetables, and aromatic spicy masala sauce.
