El Brillante Restaurant on Graham Avenue in Williamsburg specialized in reasonably priced and delicious Spanish-American food and had a great handpainted sign, but closed in 2010 when the neighborhood started to gentrify. The #storefront remained empty for a number of years before @winsonbrooklyn took over the space in 2017 and adaptively reused some of El Brillante’s #signage changing the lettering to state “Taiwanese American Food”.
