This Washington Heights restaurant was founded in 1968 and specialized in #friedchicken with its special mix of "Spanish" spices and seasonings. We love its #signage with its mix of #script and sans serif #font and the little cowboy chick 🐥 with a holster, holding a pop gun firing out the word "Fried"!
