Cappuccio’s Meats in the heart of the historic Italian Market on South 9th Street in Philadelphia was founded in 1920. They specialize in the finest homemade Italian gourmet sausages including their award winning Hot and Mild Sausage and they’re Chevalata, a pork sausage stuffed with imported Provolone and parsley sold in different size thin spirals. We stopped by @cappuccios_meats on our recent trip to Philly and was lucky enough to meet and speak with the third-generation owner Domenick Crimi (swipe left for 2nd photo of Domenick and the 150-lb pig that he brought out for us).
