A very empty Pell Street in Chinatown, NYC.
We walked with our dog around the graffiti-filled and empty streets of Chinatown & the Lower East Side in Manhattan last week and filmed a YouTube video highlighting how empty the neighborhood looked with many closed restaurants and shops.
