Pillow-Cat Books on East 9th Street in the East Village is the first animal themed bookshop in New York City. It has a curated collection of used, new, vintage and antique books about art, photography, design, fashion, literature and even comics but they all must feature an animal or have an animal 🐕🐩🦮🐕🦺🐈🐈⬛🐘🐖🦒 🦔🦓 character present in them. As an animal lover and dog owner ourselves, we could not think of a more adorable shop. And there is of course a resident kitty 🐈⬛overseeing the shop.
