SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER James & Karla Murray are East Village based professional photographers and authors who are documenting the disappearing store fronts "mom & pop" businesses across New York City. They have published several critcally acclaimed books including Store Front: The Disappearing Face of New York.
In 2015 James and Karla were awarded the Regina Kellerman Award by the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation (GVSHP) in recognition of their significant contribution to the quality of life in Greenwich Village, the East Village, and NoHo.
