In our latest YouTube video, Greenpoint, Brooklyn: Donuts, Vinyl & Pizza, we visit Paulie Gee’s Slice Shop @pauliegees_sliceshop which specializes in classic New York City-style Cheese slices, Pepperoni slices, Pepperoni slices with Mike’s Hot Honey aka “The Hellboy”, and some other specialty slices including vegan options as well as Sicilian pies made using four gas-fired ovens. The Slice Shop’s retro décor is inspired by the pizzerias Paulie Gee frequented in the 1960s and 70s in Brooklyn.
