Joe’s Pizza 🍕 in Greenwich Village was established in 1975 by Joe Pozzuoli.

This is the way the original storefront appeared in 2001 when we took this #film photo for our book “Store Front: The Disappearing Face of New York”

We recently visited the @joespizzanyc Carmine Street location #pizzeria for our latest YouTube video: Greenwich Village Food Tour & Vinyl Records and had a delicious large cheese pie (swipe left for 2nd photo).
